{:en}Have you heard? No? Well, let me tell you: it just got announced that none other than the fabulous Kerry Washington will be OPI’s new Creative Ambassador!

Suzy Weiss-Fischmann, OPI’s benevolent ruler, first approached Washington in the spring of 2015. This is what Kerry had to say about their upcoming collabo: “This is going to be a lot of fun. I’m looking forward to testing out new colors on the red carpet. The fun, for me, is that nail lives in the crossover space between fashion and beauty. I love to play with nail color on the red carpet and explore new shades.”

Of course we also want to know about Kerry’s favorite OPI colors, right? Well, now we do! Lincoln Park After Dark, Big Apple Red en You Don’t Know Jacques. “I’m also a big fan of Gwen Stefani’s line for OPI. She has done such a great job having her collection represent her — not just with OPI, but through everything she’s done. If I can do something similar, I will be very happy.”

I’m expecting a lot of dark and nude cream polishes that flatter every skintone from Ms. Washington. What about you, what are you hoping to see?

Ik geniet ervan te experimenteren met kleuren nagellak op de rode loper en nieuwe kleuren te ontdekken.”

Natuurlijk willen we ook weten wat Kerry’s favoriete OPI kleuren zijn, niet? Nou, dat weten we nu ook! Lincoln Park After Dark, Big Apple Red en You Don’t Know Jacques!. “Ik ben ook groot fan van de lijn van Gwen Stefani voor OPI. Het is haar zo goed gelukt om de collectie een vertegenwoordiging van zichzelf te laten zijn – niet alleen met OPI, maar met alles wat ze doet. Als ik net zoiets kan doen, zou dat me heel blij maken.”

Ik gok voor deze collectie op heel donker en nude, goed bij elke huidskleur, en veel creme nagellak. Wat voor kleuren en soorten verwacht jij?
