{:en}Hey world! Today I have a new nail art inspiration post for you guys, just in time for all the Christmas dinners and parties you’re going to attend.
Since it’s not Christmas week yet (yes, week), I decided to go with some not so traditionally Christmas-colors (read: no red or green) and glitter and stuff. Don’t fret though, I will get to that sometime next week. Hopefully. Anyway, here we go!
So first thing of course is to choose which colors you want to work with. I chose Warm Me Up, which is a color from the Mariah Carey Holiday Collection for OPI from 2013. It’s a dark espresso color, and I thought it would look good with Coca-Cola for OPI‘s My Signature is DC (2014) over it. I’ll let you be the judge.
I got the stamping plate off of eBay, and I’m pretty sure it’s a knockoff upon closer inspection, so I won’t name-drop just in case.

Het is nog geen Kerstweek (ja, week), dus ik ben nog niet full Christmas gegaan. Dus geen rood, groen of glitter. Maar dat komt ergens volgende week nog wel. Hopelijk. Maar nu eerst: mijn creatie van vandaag!
Het eerste wat je moet doen is natuurlijk je kleuren kiezen. Ik heb gekozen voor Warm Me Up, een kleur uit deMariah Carey Holiday Collectie voor OPI uit 2013. Het is een donkere, warme espresso kleur en ik dacht dat ‘ie leuk zou zijn met My Signature is DC van de Coca-Cola Collectie uit 2014 (deze heet in Nederland Turn on the Haute Light en is in 2015 als mini uitgekomen). Jij mag oordelen.
De stempelplaat komt van eBay en ik heb een donkerbruin (ha, see what I did there?) vermoeden dat het een neppe versie is van een ander merk, dus ik noem even geen namen. Je weet maar nooit.
