{:en}Seeing how last year’s overview of OPI collections was so popular, I felt encouraged to create another list of what to expect in 2017.
So here we go, in another attempt to fulfil our New Years’ resolutions of only spending money on the absolute necessities in life. Like nail polish.
Keep in mind that this article will keep being updated as more information becomes available.
Fiji Collection (Spring)
Here’s what we know about OPI 2017’s spring/summer collection: it will be inspired by Fiji, the entire 12 polish collection will be available as regular polish as well as Infinite Shine polishes, and the names:

I’m especially curious about the teal and the sea/sky blue. But I also fear I have a drawer full of similar shades already. Oh well, only one way to find out…
California Dreaming (Summer 2017)

Nothing is confirmed, but the rumors are it’ll be another 12-polish collection that’ll be available in regular polish, Infinite Shine and GelColor. Here are the names and descriptions:
- The Color That Keeps On Giving – Candy-hued pearlescent pink as sweet as giving and receiving.
- Adam Said “It’s New Year’s Eve” – Hero Shade: this apple red is no forbidden fruit.
- My Wish List Is You – Head over heels in love with this perfect holiday red.
- Sending You Holiday Hugs – Xoxo, your favourite fuchsia.
- Feel the Chemis-tree – You’ll keep coming back to this shimmering purple hue.
- Wanna Wrap? – This black-burgundy is so chic it doesn’t need a bow.
- Coalmates – This metallic charcoal is the only one for me.
- Top the Package With a Beau – A grey so fine, he’ll always be mine.
- Holidazed Over You – And I hope this jet-black trance never ends.
- Gift of Gold Never Gets Old – Shimmer and shine, with this glam metallic.
- Snow Glad I Met You – Let’s take a walk in a winter wonderland with this soft white hue.
- Ornament to Be Together – A silver to wear forever and ever.
